This one of a kind poster was designed as a companion piece to Edgar Cayce, Sounds for Meditation (SFM). This unique color graphic designed by Jesse Duffour clearly shows the location and color of each Chakra Center as given by Edgar Cayce.
The Chakra Meditation Section on the lower left side of the poster lists the "Cayce" Chakra Centers with corresponding Sounds, Colors and Endocrine Glands. When listening to the Chakra Meditation tracks on SFM this section is a handy visual reference when chakra balancing, color breathing, etc.
The Lord's Prayer Meditation Section on the lower right side of the poster lists appropriate Chakras, Sounds, Colors and Endocrine Glands corresponding to lines of the Lord's Prayer as given by Edgar Cayce. Used when listening to the Lord's Prayer Meditation tracks on SFM, this section of the poster is a powerful visual tool for clearing and healing blocked Chakra Centers.
